Our lab aims to elucidate molecular and cellular mechanisms of cardiomyocyte regeneration.

We use a combination of in vivo, in vitro, and -OMICs approaches to understand (i) the transcriptional and epigenetic networks regulating cardiac regeneration and (ii) how intercellular communication contributes to cardiomyocyte repopulation of injured collagenous tissue.
